Hello! I think it will make Zammad much better if there will be ability to add the same fields in “Report profile” and “Core workflow”. For now there is no way to add the field more than once and this causes a lot of limitations. If I will try to add the field again it will be not active so I will have no ability to choose it again. For example if I want in “Report profile” to set “Creat at” field twice (to get report for the period)

supporting this plus the possibility to add “and/or” between the conditions and between saved and selected conditions. currently it takes too much work to create multiple workflows for one thing.
