Can't Add Calendar To Outlook With Microsoft 365 Authentication

Expected behavior:

  • Add Zammad Calendar to Outlook and authenticate with Microsoft 365 credentials.

Actual behavior:

  • Outlook web and application display error “We can’t add the calendar for right now. Please try again later”
    Disabled “Turn on shared calendar improvements” in Outlook application which then displays login prompt. But Microsoft 365 credentials do not work. Only local Zammad accounts work.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Import profile calendar to outlook with Microsoft 365 credentials.

That is correct. As you have no option to authenticate against external 3rd party authentication providers, only local accounts (or LDAP) of Zammad work.
