Cannot update from packager repo

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.5.2
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Debian 13

Expected behavior:

  • No error should show when updating my zammad instance

Actual behavior:

  • When doing an apt update i get the following errors/warnings:

Any hints what i can do to update?

Debian 13 is not yet supported by Zammad. The debian 13 packages will come with Zammad 7.0 which is on the way. There’s no stable version for it yet.

Uh, did i read the wrong documentation? So i have to wait until 7.0 is available and is then an Update possible?

You most likely used the pre-release version of the documentation. As soon as it‘s there, you can upgrade, yes.
