Infos:
- Zammad version: 6.5.0 (self-hosted)
- Installation type: Package (.deb, Ubuntu)
- Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
- Browser: Tested on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari (also iPad)
- Role: Admin (full permissions)
Expected behavior:
As an admin, I want to add a custom integration under Admin → Integrations → Links.
There should be an “Add Link” button or option to define a new external tool link.
Actual behavior:
- The left sidebar under “Integrations → Links” shows the existing categories (Zammad, GitHub, etc.)
- But the main panel stays empty, and there’s no way to add or configure a new integration
- I cannot find an “Add” button or any input option for creating a custom link
- Even with full admin rights, I’m unable to edit or create new entries
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to Admin → Integrations → Links
- Sidebar categories are visible
- The rest of the page is blank (white space)
- There’s no interface to add a new link
What I’ve already checked:
- Verified I’m logged in as admin with all permissions
- Tried in different browsers and devices
- Confirmed JavaScript is enabled and no adblocker interferes
- Looked through documentation and changelogs
Question:
- Is this a known issue or limitation in Zammad 6.5?
- Is the “Links” section deprecated or disabled by default?
- Are there any hidden permissions, feature toggles, or custom roles required to activate the integration link feature?
Thanks in advance for your support!
