We’ve been using Zammad for a few weeks now and we’re pretty happy with it. But there is something that is bothering us:
We connected our mailbox via 365 Graph and set some filter because not every e-mail should trigger a ticket. the problem is, that we set it up, so the mails that WILL generate tickets get deleted from the e-mailinbox. We want it to be like this.
The Problem is, that we can’t seem to find an option, where it deletes the mails that generate tickets and keep the mails that don’t.
