Can`t connect to zammad for update

Hello zammad community

First of all, Im totaly new on zammad. I have take over our zammad installation and I want to update it to the latest version. Nobody has me show anything about it. So I found this article to update zammad: https://docs.zammad.org/en/latest/install/update.html My problem is I dont no, where I can execute this commends.
If I want to connect with my admin account directly on the server it doesn`t work.

Maybe this is not the right way to update zammad?

If you don’t have the login credentials neither for SSH login nor the systems console, you won’t be able to update Zammad. Nobody here will be able to help you with this.
