Caller Log not properly linking calls to agents

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.4.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose
  • Operating system: ubuntu
  • Browser + version: firefox

Expected behavior:

  • By adding the agent’s extension ie 102 to their phone field, the caller log will show the agent’s name per the screenshot below

Actual behavior:

  • Continues to show the number instead of the agent name

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • push a newCall to the cti endpoint

Notes

  • I have set the answeringNumber field on the hangups, but this does not seem to make a difference.
  • Due to the PBX I am using I do not push a answer event, only a hangup event after a newCall
