Hi,

is there a way to call a webhook from within a macro? I want to send our customers a personalized link to a software (that would be no problem with the text module), but i have to call an api endpoint to create an object where the software knows, that it is personalized.

You can’t select it so it’s not possible I’m afraid.

Ok, then i have to “hack” it with ticket states, since there is also no way to fire triggers when tagging a ticket. Thank you for the clearification.
