Bypass icebreaker WhatsApp integration

Used Zammad version: 6.4.1
Used Zammad installation type: Docker-compose
Operating system: Red Hat 9
Browser + version: Safari

Expected behavior:

Whatsapp integration with Icebreaker and command no open new case

Actual behavior:

Whatsapp integration open case with any message

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

I integrate Whatsapp coud API with Zammad, work ok but I set up ice breaker and command like appear here: Conversational Components - Cloud API - Documentation - Meta for Developers
but when end user want use icebreaker Zammad open new case.

Exist any chance to bypass this commands of WhatsApp ?

Can you explain in more detail what is you current problem, can not really follow?

Hi,

I integrate zammad with WhatsApp, then create commands on WhatsApp, first command is /case {number case } and /report get report of current month, both command was configured in WhatsApp and n8n, but when use these command zammad create new case when user use this commmands, I what to know if can use this commmand within create new case?

Zammads WhatsApp Integration does not support commands.

Is posible modify WhatsApp module in zammad for ignore text if find /case or /report ?
