By Closing an ticket, send only last public Note

  • Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose
  • Operating system: Debian 12
  • Browser + version: MS Edge and Google Chrome

Question:

  • it is possible to send only the last public written note as a copy and not the internal note by closing a Ticket?

We found this parameter (see below), but it will send the last note of the Ticket , even it is an internal one.
