Could be great to have same possibilities we have in the overview tickets list :
- been able to choose which columns we want to display, sort on…
- been able to select tickets on which we want to perform a specific action : assign to a specific group, run a macro…
my personal main goal here would be to insert the same note to a list of tickets that match my criteria.
