Broken email notification for customer


  • Used Zammad version: 4.0.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) package
  • Operating system: Parrot 4.11
  • Browser + version: Firefox 87.0 (64 bity)

Expected behavior:

  • trigerr send auto reply (new ticket) to customer

Actual behavior:

  • it’s work fine but somethig gone wrong and it stop send notification to the customer

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • It’s a fresh instalation, auto reply triger was included, i add some few other (they change only request status and they work good). System can send notification to the agents, it’s work fine. Email accounts are configured correctly.
    I try to enable/disable trigers, restarting everything but nothing help.
    Have anyone any suggestions what’s happen??

ok, i found reason, it was uncompletly FDQN name in System settings, probably when i testing other options I remove servername from FDQN and leave only domainname. Sorry it was my mistake. :slight_smile:
