Infos:
- Used Zammad version: 4.0.x
- Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) package
- Operating system: Parrot 4.11
- Browser + version: Firefox 87.0 (64 bity)
Expected behavior:
- trigerr send auto reply (new ticket) to customer
Actual behavior:
- it’s work fine but somethig gone wrong and it stop send notification to the customer
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- It’s a fresh instalation, auto reply triger was included, i add some few other (they change only request status and they work good). System can send notification to the agents, it’s work fine. Email accounts are configured correctly.
I try to enable/disable trigers, restarting everything but nothing help.
Have anyone any suggestions what’s happen??
