Sometimes an external IP adres can be a irritating with faul language in the chat. Is there in Zammad a way to block an IP adres for Chat. We managed it now by blocking in the reverse proxy. An easy way in Zammad would be preferred.
manage -> Chat -> default (in Topics, or other name):
find BLOCKED CONTRIES or BLOCKED IPs:
