Hello! Is there the way to block sending the mail (outgoing mail) on some adress in Zammad?
For example I have three adresses I don’t whant agents to send the mails there, is there the way to add those address to black list or something?
This is probably better handled in your mail server. You can more granularly control where the smtp account can send there than anything you would do on the zammad side.
