First of all thanks for this piece of software it is pretty awesome.
We want to use this with LDAP integration and have near 55000 of customers and 120 agents, The configuration and test using the web UI takes a lot of time and is hard to work with.
Every time I want to change something in LDAP settings the whole user list will be synced and this takes 2-3 hours. Is there any other way to add changes to the system and sync after the changes are valid? Or use command line for user sync?
if you search this forum for ldap, maybe add the word schedule or scheduler you will find some posts.
As far as I recall what’s needed right now is for you or someone you find or hire to modify the source to turn off the ldap sync in the scheduler, it’s probably as simple as commenting out a few lines, then you can manually run the sync via a cron job after hours.
They do have the feature of being able to control when the sync happens on the todo list.
