Bandwidth SMS integration?

• Used Zammad version: 6.3.1-1717069273.466794ba.bullseye
• Used Zammad installation type: package
• Operating system: Debian
• Browser + version: Waterfox G6.0.14

I am currently trying to integrate Bandwidth into Zammad via SMS, but I’m getting very confused around the ability to add custom SMS providers. I saw a guide in here relating to Telnyx, but I’m struggling to figure how szpm files are implemented. If anyone would happen to have any knowledge on this, I’d appreciate it!

I am trying to understand if this is the method to implement bandwidth, or if building it manually is the proper route. We’ve tried writing in a custom integration but it is not contacting anything outside of itself. Do you know if there is any resource/history that relates to integrating Bandwidth into Zammad?
