I want to request a feature to enable the backdating options because i worked for a new client for 2 weeks and now i setup zammad and now i am looking to add those 2 weeks worth of data manually and i want to keep track of the dates.
In import mode you have some more possibilities via the API or you can also try something with the Rails-Console.
