Hello, We use Zammad to support our internal end users as well as our external clients. Azure SSO is configured and working properly for all of my Agents. However where we are running into an issue is if someone submits a ticket via email it creates their user account. Then when they find out how to log into Zammad and attempt to do so using SSO it says the email already exists. Obviously I can change the email in the originally created user account and they can then login via SSO and it will create a new account but then tickets would have to be reassigned etc. unfortunately this is not practical for the 300+ users. Has anyone bumped into this previously or have any suggestions?
