Automations not Working in Zammad 5.2

• Used Zammad version: 5.2 (5.2.2-1663707252.fb063580.stretch)
• Used Zammad installation type: Debian-package
• Operating system: Debian
• Browser + version: Firefox 105.0

Hi,

in our Zammad installation automations are bot working anymore fr about three weeks.

/api/v1/monitoring/health_check says:

Cause: Failed to run Job.run after 11 tries.”,“issues”:[“unprocessable mails: 1”,“Failed to run scheduled job ‘Execute planned jobs.’. I suspect it broke with an update.
Has anyone a hint how to fix automations?

Now the version is
5.2.2-1664213026.df978093.buster
Problem still persists.

Because of this issue I updated OS from Stretch to Buster and resolved a version problem with Elasticsearch (used to be version 6, now the supported version 7).

I am open for any other ideas

I don’t exactly know what happened but now it works again.
Maybe running

zammad run rake zammad:searchindex:rebuild
Did do the trick but I did this before.
