I’m using Zammad in several organisations and I’m very thankfull for this wonderfull piece of software.
In those organisations, it is very common to be committed with other members to one ticket solving. And, we always need to manually subscribe to a ticket after answering it. But, we regularly forget to do it and we miss user responses since we are not notified.
Would it be possible to have an option in profile preferences to automatically subscribe to notifications of a ticket we took part in ?
