Automatically send ticket per mal to antother customer via groups

Hi, is it possible, to automatically send a mail with the content of the ticket to a definded customer when a ticket is classified in an group? i have seen, that i can set a mailadress for every group.

Note: The users send their tickets only via mail.


User A sends a mail to the ticketsystem. An admin classifieds the ticket i an defined group. Now the content of the ticket is automatically send to an mailadress, which was definded before.

I have tried this with a new account but it doesn’t work.

No this is not possible within default boundaries of Zammad.
Please also note, that Zammad will -at all cost- try to avoid sending to it self. In fact, it ignores those mails entirely.

In my humble opinion, it doesn’t make sense to send a mail via a mail server, wait for the fetch and then import it into another group. You’d want to split it into another group or simply move it. That’s faster (instant) and more reliable.
