Automatically redirect merged tickets to their parents

We often get quite a few merged tickets in our system, as many of our customers are not aware as to how to reply to tickets properly, leading them to create a new one for every reply.

This leads to a lot of notifications that just lead to a merged ticket, which one then manually has to click on the linked parent in the sidebar to get to the actual ticket.

It would be nice if those notifications could be be merged and directly lead to the parent ticket, plus as a bonus any already open tickets on any agent sidebar.

I know there could be potential issues as already started drafts or any other ticket attributes and collisions, but I feel like the idea in general could be pulled off, even if just a setting in the end to disable it if it causes issues for some workflows or not redirecting in certain cases.
