Automatically close the tab when closing a ticket

Hello everyone,

I would like to automatically close the corresponding tab in Zammad when closing a ticket. This is no problem using a macro, but is it also possible to do this manually?

Is this possible and if so, what needs to be set for this?

I wasn’t aware of the tab closing functionality (as i’ve never used it). Did you try it? Because it looks like it does exactly what you’re looking for. Once you change it from “stay on tab” to “close tab on ticket close” it gets set as the default behavior and closes all tabs if the related ticket gets closed.

I use the tab behavior daily, it works very well.
