We want to create an automation that deletes users and their associated tickets if we have not had contact with them for over 2 years, how is this possible?

When we tried to create this automation, we failed to create the condition “Last contact = older than 2 years”.
In the preview, we were shown users who had, for example, created a ticket just this week.
So the question is which setting of this condition best fits our requirements?
