Automatic mail to customer when Agent awnser


  • Used Zammad version: 3.2.x
  • Used Zammad installation source: package (apt)
  • Operating system: Debian 9
  • Browser + version: Brave - [Version 1.2.43 (Chromium: 79.0.3945.130 Official Build) (64-bit)]

Expected behavior:

  • If a ticket has been processed by an agent, an email will come as a reminder / confirmation.

Actual behavior:

  • No email is sent.

I have testing. The Customer become nothing mail.

Is it really necessary to open dozens of threads to the same topic just to push your issue?
You’re drawing other users busy trying to help you. It takes away time for other users that could need that help as well.

“The customer doesn’t become any mail” is a very very thin information that can have various reasons.

Ensure your group has a email address set ( ) because this is technically mandatory for mail triggers to fire.

If they fire, you should al,so see this in between your tickets articles.
