I just wanted to share my idea here. It’s about having Zammad automatically choose the correct language for system emails and signatures.
When a new message is received, Zammad could use a local LLM to check the message and detect the language. Based on this detection, the customer’s language would be set, and they would only see system emails and signatures in, for example, Polish. If the language isn’t recognized, everything would default to English or another default language. If using a local LLM isn’t possible, maybe integrating with an API from well-known LLMs could be an option.
This is the only thing that bothers me about Zammad. Otherwise, it’s truly perfect.
