we’re running Zammad 3.3.0-19 (on UCS 4.4-4) and want to implement an automatic e-mail when a tickets is closed, sending a link to the ticket customer with a ticket-specific created feedback survey link.
Is there already an existing package for this which we can import? Or must be code this against the API?
If you have a survey url link that’s not unique except for e.g. the ticket-number you provide for survey reasons, it would be possible with variables.
Other than that, there’s no way to include survey functionality at the moment.
