Auto Login problem in LDAP integration

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.5x
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …) - Debian
  • Operating system: Windows 10
  • Browser + version: Firefox 81.0.2

Expected behavior:

I want to auto login in my webbrowser. So i use my mail address and password for authentication in Zammad. This is LDAP integration, but my computer use same account and password. So i want this: If i open zammad in my webbroser, then i dont need type my email and password, because zammad knows active directory’s account and password with i logged in my pc . Have any idea? Because i cant find my answer.

Actual behavior:

Zammad shyncron with our LDAP , so i can enter with my Active Directory user and password in zammad. But our users (not agents and admins) are very lazy people. We want to make them easiest way for logging.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
