We make use of organisations and added a custom object. The object contains the responsible project manager for the customer. In any conversation with one of the customers of the organisation, any response of an agent should automatically send the mail in cc to the project manager.
The project managers have no access to the ticket system as they are part of a different department in the company. So setting them as agent is no option.
Any suggestions how this goal could be achieved?
