Configure smtp mail notifications

Actual behavior:

I want to configure the SMTP email tab with my Microsoft 365 account of my organization to send notifications to my clients about changing password or resetting the password, everything desired is already placed but the error appears Authentication failed, the user is blocked by the policy of your organization’s security defaults. Contact your administrator. The account is enabled, the SMTP and everything and the privacy policy is enabled. It was also tried disabling but the error continues, it is worth mentioning that Office 365 has already been configured for incoming and outgoing mail

configure mail whit smtp, the mail is in microsoft 365

Microsoft does not support basic authentication via imap and smtp. Or at least it’s left dying. Zammads notification channel does not support SMTP out to Microsoft due to that.
