Hello everyone. I have Zammad 2.7 in use. More agents have complained that opening PDF documents takes a long time. The browsers IE11, Edge, Firefox 63 and Chrome xx were tested. Everywhere the same result. You click on the attachment in a ticket (PDF) and then it takes forever until the download has been completed and you can either save the file or open it in Acrobat. Is there a config for speeding this up?
Are you storing attachments in the database or filesystem?
How big is the attachment?
