Attachments loads to 100% but doesn't show

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.3

  • Used Zammad installation type: docker compose run --rm zammad-railsserver rails r

Expected behavior:

  • I am reaching out to report an issue I’ve encountered with the attachments feature on Zammad. Despite following the standard procedures for uploading and attaching files, I have been unable to successfully attach documents to my messages or drafts. This issue has persisted across multiple attempts and different types of files, including PDFs, images, and text documents.

Actual behavior:

  • Attachments are to load to 100% and then show the file attached but it loads to 100% and does show attached file.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • assist with issue so i can see attached files.

I’m just guessing that you have a different proxy in front of the Zammads stack nginx? If so, the configuration of that vHost would be relevant. If not, look up the compose logs.
