    Better support experience.

    We want to offer quick support for our clients (hotel and gastronomy).

4) What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
For technical issues at the cash system, the computer, softwareproblems etc… Clients often want to share fast a picture. Mostly the people don´t know a the computer the function “clipboard”. But mostly the people wan´t to have support mobile by phone. And mobile over clipboard, and than paste in to the active chat is to difficult. We want to solve, that clients want to use messenger services like WHATS APP. And for use as support technician, it would be great, to have one tool, and not much different.
