Asterisk (Starface) Integration

Hi everybody,

I’m very happy about the new CTI Feature, but there are some points, I do not understand:
What should be the :
callId A unique alphanumeric identifier to match events to specific calls (max. 250 characters)
???
testing the commandling (curl) examples works fine for me.

Also unclear is the user/users in the string. Whre should I match the asterisk user wiht extension / zammad user (both from ActiveDirectory)

ok, I’ll reply myself… in starface one can grab a unique uuid with
Funktion "(Expert Mode) Call ==> “GetCallUUID”
