Assign a ticket

How can I assign a ticket in such a way that only specific groups or users can view or edit it?

Take a look at groups and roles.

I use groups for tickets and only certain overviews and users are assigned to said groups. Then I use email filters to auto assign groups. This is done along with Roles.
