Article create permission per role
1) What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
Any agent with ticket update access can create articles; there is no separate permission for writing articles.
2) Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
Read/review-only participants in sensitive tickets must be able to see the communication trail without being able to add to it.
3) Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
Group permissions bundle field updates and article creation; one cannot be granted without the other.
4) What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
A dedicated, role-based permission for creating articles (notes/replies) on a ticket.
