Are keyboard shortcuts missing for the base user but visible for the admin/operator user?

Infos:

• Used Zammad version: 6.3
• Used Zammad installation type: helm charts

Expected behavior:

I would expect to see the ‘Keyboard Shortcuts’ menu item for the base user as well.

Actual behavior:

I only see the ‘Keyboard Shortcuts’ menu item for users with the operator/admin role.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Access Zammad with admin user

2. Click on user icon (bottom left icon) and click on Keyboard Shortcuts
   

   

3. Access Zammad with base user

4. Click on user icon (bottom left icon), but there is no Keyboard Shortcuts

I think with the next release it should always be visible, we added some improvements in this direction. But normally also in stable admin and agents should already see it.

We generealy do not provide ETAs or release dates. It is coming, when it’s ready.
