As per FAQ - Zammad - Community no.
However, to be fair, that rule was added after a extreme surge of (non relevant) spammy activity in… I believe 2024.
make.com has relevance to Zammad as a product, as it can automated processes in a bigger picture. Similar to n8n from my understanding.
What definitely is a nogo is someone that advertises their own products or (potentially worse) offers around Zammad directly (like consulting). But Zammad staff might leave me corrected in general on my answer.
