Good Day,

Requesting your assistance if this is possible for zammad workflow
I want to achieve is when the approver approved the ticket or not the ticket will go back to the requesting Group.

The approver no need to manually transfer the group . When they select the approved and click the update button its automatically return the ticket to the requester group.

If there is someone try this combination of workflow and trigger.

I’ll search also for a way to ask the owner / responsible for his approval (e.g. door access, access right inside a software, etc.).
