Answering via Mail not possible


Expected behavior:

  • Normally there should be a Button to reply via Mail

Actual behavior:

  • The button to reply via Mail is not available

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • ?

The Mail configuration is working. The incoming Mails are getting transformed into tickets, and when tickets are changed, there is a Mail of the change. Just the SMTP Mail response is not possible. We have also tried it without a Firewall to exclude errors with our Firewall.

Please go to the group’s settings and double-check that ‘e-mail’ is set correctly.
