Expected behavior:
- Normally there should be a Button to reply via Mail
Actual behavior:
- The button to reply via Mail is not available
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

The Mail configuration is working. The incoming Mails are getting transformed into tickets, and when tickets are changed, there is a Mail of the change. Just the SMTP Mail response is not possible. We have also tried it without a Firewall to exclude errors with our Firewall.
