Answer all Peoples of a summarized Ticket

We merge a lot of Tickets because different Customers write about the same Error.
Is it possible to answer all participants of a merged ticket at once?

Hi Dirk,

I don’t think this is possible. Eventually you can use Macros to easily sent the same answer to multiple tickets. You can bulk-apply macros to multiple tickets when you select the tickets in the overview and then drag them to the top of your screen.
