When I have a large image below some text in a Zammad ticket, I can’t see the text directly. I first have to click on “Show more” and then scroll down.
Important information is often located below the image. Recently, I clicked on the image, which opened in a window, and I didn’t see the important text of the message because I didn’t click on “Show more.” As a result, I made the wrong decisions in my support case.
Attached is a screenshot where I wrote text after an image, but it is not immediately visible.
Here is my request: If there is text below the image, it would be good if at least the first line(s) were displayed by default. This would make it clear that there is more text to follow.
