Title: Allow to set default visibility for bulk ticket edits

  1. When bulk-editing tickets from an overview, the default visibility of the obligatory comment is public and we need it to be private instead
  2. The current situation would be bad in case an agent inadvertently shares something which was intended for internal info only, due to missing the fact that the comment made is public by default.
  3. Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard? : Because the setting to choose default visibility is missing.
  4. What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve? : Be abke to choose default visibility for bulk as well as single ticket edits.

Your Zammad environment:

  • Average concurrent agent count: Still in testing phase
  • Average tickets a day: Still in testing phase
  • What roles/people are involved: Still in testing phase

Allow the admin to configure whether writing a note when bulk-closing tickets should be obligatory or not (or, just make it obligatory).
