Trigger condition "created" not longer working

Hi Folks, we’re having trouble with our triggers conditions. They all worked properly since yesterday (when we just changed one string condition). After that they don’t fire at any circumstances. As all affected triggers start with the condition “Action is created”, we’ve set up a test trigger with just that one condition and now see that even that isn’t working. But if we invert the condition, it works. Details see below. Is this a known bug/behaviour or do we miss something? Thank in adv…
