we recently migrated from Zendesk to Zammad and in Zendesk we could allow certain users in a customers organization to see all the tickets in their organization. Everyone else could only see their own tickets.
Is it possible to do the same in Zammad?
For now we thought of doing this with different overviews mapped to a second customer group but the customers would still be able to search for tickets not assigned to them. This is problematic becaus some tickets contain sensitive data not every user has to see.
