AI Ticket Summary Custom Prompt

Currently, the AI Ticket Summary pane often includes a detailed breakdown of the disclaimers in our email signatures.

It would be really useful to be able to set a custom system prompt that allows us to exclude certain information when analysing a ticket.

For example, add a custom prompt that says “Ignore all legal disclaimer text”

There are actually algorithms in place that remove things like that from the article before it is fed into the summary. It seems that the algorithms do not recognise your use case. Could you provide an example?

We did something similar with AI in a first iteration, but it was very expensive in terms of tokens.

Sure, so as you can see here, in this instance it says that it’s a cyber crime alert which it’s not.
Our tickets are all processed locally with Ollama so having the option to tell it to ignore any cyber crime alerts for example would be ideal.
