Agents group notifications issue

Some of agents in groups does not get notifications of new tickets or updated tickets.
For example I have 5 agents in group:


But only John and Sara get the notifications of new tickets and updated tickets in group. Bill, Jane, Smyth have no notifications though they have absoluteley the same settings in groups, roles and profile notifications as another agents.

  • Used Zammad version: 5.31
  • Used Zammad installation type:package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu
  • Browser + version: Chrome|

There is no errors in production logs

Any other things that may not be the same apart from the users?
Have you checked the production log? Looking for the mail address of the user that fails for sendout might reveal the reason.

Possibly the mail is sent out but not appearing on the user’s mailbox for whatever reason.

Thanx for answer. I checked the users settings it’s the same. It’s not mail notifications (we don’t use mail notifications for agents) it’s a bird notifications in the left top corner inside Zammad interface. There was no errors in logs. I don’t know what it was but after some restart of Zammad it fixed by itself.
