Agents can't view tickets they have created

  • Used Zammad version: Version 6.4.1-1741242594.f05e641e.bookworm

Expected behavior: Agents should be able to view all tickets they have created regardless of group. Especially in the overview tab.

Actual behavior: If an Agent creates a ticket and sets themself as Customer/owner of the ticket, they can only see it if they are also part of the group that the trigger has assigned it to.

Do I have to assign my agents the customer role too if I want them to see their created tickets? Simple Customers can see all their tickets and it also appears in their overview tab “My tickets” which shows every created ticket.
