- Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) pajage
- Operating system: Windows
- Browser + version: Edge latest
Expected behavior:
- Hide agent details from ticket
Actual behavior:
- After closing ticket and SOMETIMES also when updating ticket, ticket will show agent’s email in ticket to customer.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create a ticket
- Agent replies / updates ticket
- Agent closes the ticket
- Text will be displayed that e-mail sent to agent with xxxxx@xxx.com

This seems to be new issue. It worked few weeks ago. Could it be trigger-related issue or a bug?
