I would like to have ticket agents that are also customers. The documentation says this is ok. Without this I would have to create special new email accounts for every ticket agent in the organization. We would have to monitor and maintain those email accounts. This is a pain. So if some users can also be ticket agents and customers that would be nice. The problem arises when the customer-agent creates a new ticket. They don’t get the customer interface/page for that. Only the agent page. Is there a way to do what I want?
